TikTok Pangle's media transparency solutions provide visibility about where your ads run by disclosing media placements to meet your brand safety needs. With the improved media transparency solutions, TikTok Pangle provides publisher-level information to enable you to validate brand safety requirements. The solutions include:
Pre-campaign publisher list - a Top 100 publisher list based on customizable historical impression data, which typically represents the majority of regional traffic on TikTok Pangle
Post-campaign delivery report - a report that shows where your ads appeared on TikTok Pangle's media placements
Note: If you want to prevent your ads from appearing on unwanted media placements, refer to Block List in TikTok Pangle's inventory filtering solutions.
Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.
Hover over Tools in the top navigation.
Select Pangle brand safety.

Select your desired media transparency report:
For pre-campaign publisher list, click Publisher list on the left.
For post-campaign delivery report, click Delivery report on the left.
Note: There is a lag of 1-2 days before the report is available for download as there may be a delay in finalizing the impression count. If you still see discrepancies between the TikTok Pangle delivery report and TikTok Ads Manager reporting metrics, the delivery report may exclude impression data from certain publishers due to contractual restrictions. While there may be minor discrepancies in impression count, the delivery report are still largely informative for your campaign strategy.
