Smart tag is for marketing partners and creative vendors to tag their assets made for TikTok ad campaigns. This is a mandatory requirement to identify the asset owner and provide the advertiser's consent to share ad performance data.
You'll need to be one of the following:
Creative service provider: A vendor that provides creative services to advertisers participating in a TikTok program.
TikTok marketing partner: A creative service provider who is a part of the TikTok Marketing Partners Program.
To use TikTok Smart Tag:
Log in to TikTok for Business.
From the Tag Creatives tab, enter or select your Business Center ID. Learn how to find your Business Center Id.
Select a program.
Upload your creatives. Note: Duplicate files aren't allowed.
Click Submit All Assets.
Once the files are uploaded, they will be automatically tagged by our system. You'll be able to navigate to My Creatives to:
View your creative materials.
Track modifications and actions.
Search for specific creative material by file name, program, or Business Center ID.
Edit your assets' basic information, such as program and file name.
