TikTok Events Manager has diagnostic and monitoring tools to help you keep track of event performance, active issues, and event testing. The Events Manager home page consists of:
Tasks: Recommendations on how to finish connecting your data sources. A progress bar will appear to help you resume setup where you left off.
Datasets overview: Events received for each dataset in the last 7 days. You can click the name of the data connection to verify your integration, monitor activity, and edit the pixel.
Diagnostics: Identify and resolve quality issues with your events, including guidance on how to address them.

The Overview tab for each data connection in TikTok Events Manager displays web event details:
Event Type: The type of event and the associated event code you are measuring on your website, like View Content, Add to Cart, or Complete Payment.
Event Details: Parameter, matching, and event deduplication information. A timezone toggle is available to switch between your local timezone and UTC across both the overview and event detail views.
EMQ Score: Event Match Quality score is calculated using a weighted average of all your match key coverages.
Diagnostics: The diagnostics column contains an icon for event_types with issues that need further attention.
Event Status: Status of the event based on activity. Active indicates that an event was shared with TikTok in the last 7 days, while No recent activity indicates that an event has not been shared with TikTok in the last 7 days.
Connection Method: Indicates whether the event is shared via "browser only", "server only", or "server & browser" connection.
Total Events: Total number of events (attributed and unattributed) shared with your integration method via the connection method. If more than 100 custom events are detected, pagination will be enabled for easier viewing.
Last Received: Most recent hour TikTok received the event. This can help you verify that web events being shared are being recorded by TikTok. Event data is not displayed in real-time. There may be latency between when an event is triggered and when it appears in the dashboard.
You can test web events using a live test environment that mimics how your website will show up in the TikTok app. You can open your website directly in the browser without the need to scan a QR code. The test event activity section displays the events from an action you took. TikTok Events Manager allows you to filter between browser and server test events.

Click Learn more for impact details, issue details, specific instructions on how to fix the issue, and sample data of recent events affected by the issue. The change log supports pagination, and the log range is not tied to the reporting window. The change log displays the following information for each change:
Time: A timestamp of when the change occurred.
Object: The name of the object the change applied to.
Activity Type: General type of change.
Activity Details: Detailed description of the changes made.
Operator: Name under the account of who made the change.
Pixel creation is now included in the change log history.
Note: For developer mode and Events API, only changes made to settings in Events Manager will display in the change log but changes made to your website code or events will not be reflected.
